Each April, the Mary Livermore Library comes alive as UNC Pembroke students share the research and creative work they’ve been building all year. The 2026 PURC Symposium will be held on Wednesday, April 8th, in the Library Commons Area and Reading Room, with presentations running throughout the day. Whether presenting a poster, delivering an oral talk, mounting an exhibit or performing original work, participants leave with something that goes well beyond a line on a résumé

This annual event highlights the outstanding work of undergraduate and graduate students of the Department of Psychology at Rowan University. This day-long conference will be held on Monday, April 20 from 8:30am-3:00pm. It will showcase the research that our students have conducted throughout the academic year through engaging poster sessions and oral presentations. No registration is required—everyone is welcome to attend.

URC is one of UC San Diego’s most inclusive academic events celebrating undergraduate excellence in research. Presenters must be nominated by a faculty member to participate in the conference, which is open to students of all disciplines and class standings.

Nominated students share the results of their research with their peers and the larger UC San Diego community. All UC San Diego students, faculty, and family and friends of the presenters are welcome to attend.

JagUR Week kicks off at the JSAC Breezeway (11am–1pm) to pick up your CURS Passport, goodie bags, and sign the mentor banner. Wear your research gear for Spirit Day and tag CURS on Instagram for coins. Enjoy “Scoops for Scholars” ice cream at the JSAC Patio (1–3pm) and enter the photo contest by sharing your presentation prep. The week ends with the URFA Conference at the JSAC, starting at noon with sessions and a reception. Collect stamps from campus partners all week to earn CURS Coins!

Hosted by the UT San Antonio Office of Undergraduate Research, this annual event highlights the impactful work being conducted by undergraduate students across all disciplines and provides a platform for the campus community to engage with the ideas, questions, and discovery.

April 20-24th is ShowMe Research Week! Events include three days of poster and oral presentations, a two-day Undergraduate Humanities Symposium, our Visual Art & Design Showcase, an inaugural Sidewalk Chalk Symposium, and workshops including translating research into career competencies. The week kicks off with the Celebration of Curiosity and Creativity to recognize our advocates and leaders, Mentor of the Year winners, and Visual Art & Design Showcase winners.

The 15th annual Westchester Undergraduate Research Conference (WURC) will be hosted by Mercy University on April 24th, 2026, from 9 am-3:30 pm on the Dobbs Ferry, NY campus. The conference is sponsored by Manhattanville, Monroe, and Mercy Universities. The purpose of the conference is for undergraduate students from the metro-NYC and Westchester County area to present their research on topics from any academic discipline. It is free to attend, and all are welcome

This is the first annual Sankofa Scholars Undergraduate Research Symposium at Boston University. This event will showcase Sankofa Scholar research across multiple disciplines at the university.
