CUR Announces 2021 Divisional Award Recipients

The Council on Undergraduate Research (CUR) announces the 2021 recipients of awards from CUR divisions.​

Now Accepting Applications for Arts and Humanities Student Scholarship

The Division of Arts and Humanities is offering four $300 scholarships to support undergraduate student research and creative inquiry projects at any stage of development up to and including presentation. The goal of this funding is to encourage diverse, innovative, and engaged UR in the disciplines defined by CUR as arts and humanities.

Trinity University’s Rubén R. Dupertuis Selected as a 2020 CUR–Arts and Humanities Faculty Mentor Awardee

Rubén R. Dupertuis, associate professor and department chair of religion at Trinity University in Texas, has been selected as a 2020 CUR–Arts and Humanities Faculty Mentor Awardee.

Kennesaw State University’s Charles Parrott Selected as a 2020 CUR–Arts and Humanities Faculty Mentor Awardee

Charles Parrott, associate professor in the Department of Theater & Performance Studies at Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, GA, has been selected as a 2020 CUR–Arts and Humanities Faculty Mentor Awardee.

Deadline for CURAH Travel Awards is February 28, 2020

The Arts and Humanities Division of the Council on Undergraduate Research (CURAH) offers travel awards for students who are presenting their research in fields of the arts and humanities at NCUR or Posters on the Hill (POH) to submit an application. Based upon past practice, annually several awards are made ranging from $200 to $600 per student.) Deadline is February 28, 2020.
