  • Kentucky Academy of Science Annual Meeting – Kentucky Academy of Science
    Each November KAS hosts about 700 students & faculty from around our region to present their research as papers and posters. Registration fees are modest- Join us on November 3&4, 2023 at Northern Kentucky University. Abstracts are due October 1.
  • Mid-Atlantic Regional Conference for Undergraduate Scholarship (MARCUS) – Randolph College
    Celebrating 25 years of hosting undergraduate research – MARCUS is a presentation venue for undergraduate scholarship in all disciplines. This event will take place entirely in person on the the Randolph College campus, Lynchburg, VA. MARCUS was founded and hosted by Sweet Briar College from 1999-2018. Randolph College served first as host in 2015, and has hosted since 2019.
  • Student Registration – Chicagoland Universities
    The Chicago Area Undergraduate Research Symposium (CAURS) is one of the largest annual undergraduate research conferences in the country, bringing together hundreds of undergraduate students in the Chicagoland area from all academic disciplines to present their research. Through poster presentations, oral presentations, and roundtable discussions, attendees experience the impressive breadth and depth of research being conducted by their peers and have the opportunity to network with other undergraduates, graduate students, faculty, and representatives from industry and graduate and professional schools.
  • WCBSURC – Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles, CA
    The 46th annual West Coast Biological Sciences Undergraduate Research Conference (WCBSURC) will take place on Saturday, April 22, 2023, at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, CA. The WCBSURC is among the oldest intercollegiate conferences of its kind in the nation and has so far brought together participants representing 200 different institutions in 40 states, plus Canada. Further information regarding this one day conference for undergraduate biology, biochemistry and biophysics researchers and their faculty mentors can be accessed at: https://cse.lmu.edu/department/biology/research/wcbsurc/ Several $200 travel grants will be made available on a selective basis to students coming from institutions that have not previously been represented at the WCBSURC.
